Saturday, October 6th The Lovely Lady Trinn and I will be married in a small-ish ceremony at the campgrounds of TRF around 8:00(ish) in the morning (everyone is invited)....we plan to enjoy the day at Faire and celebrate with our Faire Family at a potluck reception after fireworks are over (we think about 7:30-8:00 that evening) at camp as well...WE NEED HELP....noooo...not *that* kind of help... Trinn has set up databases on the Drunken Gnome yahoo group and the P.O.P yahoo group for the potluck items (main dish, side dish, dinner ware, cupcakes). There is also a thread on www.renaissancefestival.com in the TRF section if you wish to sign in there. There are a few things we know we will need right now:
Tables (we have 2 but will need a few more)
5 people for set up and 5 people for clean up

Things for your information
We don't need bread...got that covered
Please bring your own drinks and chairs
Please make sure your potluck item is ready to be served (heated, sliced, utensils for serving)

The Lovely Lady Trinn & I would like to cordially invite everyone to a reception after Faire, opening weekend of TRF (Saturday).

We will be getting married in a quick but quaint, small ceremony early that morning...everyone is welcome to attend, it should be around the 8:ooAM hour.

Concrete plans are presently developing...most likely a potluck...We've never planned anything of this scope and would appreciate any help.
